How do I access my account on the Garage Shoes website?

We have launched our new site and details from customers who purchased from our old site have been transferred across to the new site.

How do I know if stock is available?

Products are only displayed on the website when they are in stock. If the size or colour you would like is not displayed then it is not currently available to buy from the website.

However, you are welcome to call us on +44 (0)113 2739700 and we will be able to let you know if the product is available at a store near you. Please have the product name and code handy when you call.

Why can’t I find the shoes that I’m looking for?

Unfortunately we do not have our full range of shoes available for sale on the web site. We have a far bigger range in our shops. If you would like availability checking at your closest store feel free to give them a call. Please click here for our Store Locator.

Do you have a paper catalogue?

No. Unfortunately because the stock can change overnight we are not able to provide an up to date an accurate paper catalogue.

Can I redeem Garage Shoes credit notes on your website?

Garage Shoes credit notes issued on the High Street can only be accepted in store and not on our website.

Can I return my footwear for a refund if I change my mind?

We are happy to refund or exchange unsuitable/unworn footwear if it is returned in a re-saleable condition, with proof of purchase, within 28 days of receipt.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.

What is your Credit Card Security code?

The card security code is a three digit number found on the reverse of your card on the signature strip. It is preceded by part or all of your card number, but is always the last three digits.

This security code gives you extra protection when shopping online, as only the person who holds the card will have access to the code, as it is not printed anywhere and does not appear on normal receipts.

How am I protected when I shop at Garage Shoes?

All your payment card information is handled by Sage Pay (a trusted and secure part of Sage (UK) Limited). You will be entering your card details over a secure server system, all your card information is encrypted before being processed.

Do Garage Shoes store my credit/debit card details?

No, your debit or credit card details are only known to Sage Pay. Garage Shoes are informed once your payment has been accepted, but none of your card details are passed onto us.
